Are the FRONTIER® Medical Anti-Microbial Desk Screen Dividers Designed Specifically for Medical Environments?
Although these hospital desk divider screens are primarily designed for use in healthcare settings thanks to the healthcare grade vinyl, they can be used in offices or other workplaces should you wish.
These wipe-clean hospital desk divider screens are designed to divide up desk banks or provide a protective barrier between patients, staff and visitors in seating areas or in consulting rooms.
What is anti-microbial vinyl?
Heavy duty and durable, the Camira Vita vinyl is a practical choice for medical environments such as hospitals, GP surgeries, dentists, opticians, urgent care centres, care homes and any other facility that requires a high level of hygiene standard as it naturally fights the buildup of viruses and bacteria thanks to its smooth surface. The vinyl is treated with an anti-microbial additive that works to repel microbes and prevent odors from building up. It’s also very easy to sanitise by regularly wiping it down to remove all traces of dirt using antibacterial wipes, hospital-grade cleansers or bleach solutions.
How are FRONTIER® Medical Screens Anti-Microbial Desk Dividers made?
The internal structure is made from 20mm recycled paper continuous vented honeycell beecore, covered on either side with 2.5mm MDF panels. The hospital screens are finished with a layer of anti-microbial Camira Vita vinyl (available in 13 different colours) and fixed with a 20mm (h) x 20.5mm (w) tensile strength aluminium frame epoxy powder coated in a silver or white.
Every surface is non-porous and can be wiped clean and sanitised.
