Having individual meeting areas where people can chat or work in relative privacy is essential for open-plan offices, large retail showrooms or college campuses – but in the past these spaces have been difficult and expensive to set up. Our range of acoustic meeting pods are designed to offer you an adaptable and adjustable space that helps to absorb noise pollution and which can be easily installed at a relatively low cost. We sell acoustic meeting pods as curved booths or s-shaped screen walls, suitable for use in offices, schools, universities, colleges, reception areas, call centres, libraries, hospitals and many other places.

Our acoustic meeting pods are sold as kits of different sized acoustic curved screens. These are 35mm thick and are covered in a layer of foam-backed fabric for excellent noise reduction properties. These range in size from accommodating one table and two chairs to kits that will fit one table and five chairs, for adaptable semi-private meeting spaces. As these acoustic booths are modular screens kits with simple self-assembly, it is possible to tailor a personalised booth for your own requirements. While our premium and acoustic meeting pod ranges are available in a variety of vibrant fabric colours, you can also personalise our custom meeting pods with a range of manifestations including spots/stripes or as bespoke company logos and artwork.

These individual meeting rooms are built from a durable aluminium frame and a combination of safety glass and acoustic fabric partitions. They come fully equipped with lighting to set up a small office or meeting space within 4 hours and are completely customisable. You can even add a power and data post which will connect your office pod to the mains power supply in your office. The post fits between two panels and allows you to connect your computer or TV to a plug socket and your local network. An optional ventilation system (recommended) is also available.

Our range includes many 'off the shelf' sizes, however, our manufacturing capabilities allow us to create any bespoke screen depending on what your needs might be. How Effective Are Acoustic Pods?

Acoustic pods can be very effective in reducing noise from entering or leaving the work pod. Private meetings can happen inside with minimal noise escaping; giving privacy and quiet for important business meetings to take place.

Our bespoke acoustic pods are tested and rated at 29dB noise reduction based on half the panels being fabric and half glazed. Certificate No. 22348 T01.

When designed your acoustic pod, you must consider the following to ensure maximum effectiveness.

Do I Need An Acoustic Meeting Pod?

If space and office layout allows, acoustic meeting pods are a useful and versatile addition to any working environment. They act as a room within a room that can be closed off for private meetings. They can be used for individual working, team meetings or collaborative work.

Our acoustic meeting pods are designed to form an enclosed, soundproofed space in which to conduct meetings, telephone calls, employee breaks and private study. Open-plan offices or retail floors can be noisy environments where noise pollution can reverberate around making for a distracting place in which to work.

Acoustic panels are designed to absorb this sound rather than reflecting it back into the room, making your office a quieter place. Meeting pods like this are very quiet spaces where the office noise is reflected away from the inside of the pod.

What Colours Are Available?

For our bespoke acoustic meeting pods, we use a commercial-grade, fire-rated Camira Blazer fabric. We offer 12 fabric colours as standard but we can accommodate more colour from the Blazer range if our standard chosen colours do not suit your office decor.

Our free-standing circular meeting pods are manufactured from a luxury commercial-grade Camira Lucia fabric that is also available in 12 fabric finishes.

What Are Your Acoustic Meeting Pods Made Of?

Our premium acoustic office meeting pods include a number of screens that are linked together to form a circular shape that can be used for meetings and collaborative work.

The individual acoustic screens consist of 80mm thick screens with a central carcass construction to allow acoustic sound absorption to take place. On both sides of the acoustic office screens, there is an additional thick acoustic layer and foam-backed woven fabric. This luxury fabric is of commercial grade, making it long-lasting and more durable. The office partition is then enclosed with a strong and durable aluminium frame which maintains a stable and sturdy screen. For stability, each screen has a mid-rail bar at 720mm from the bottom (approximately desk height).

Thefree-standing acoustic meeting pods are made from an aluminium structure and a combination of 4mm-thick toughened safety glass panels and 40mm-thick foam-backed acoustic panels. A glass sliding door and an internal ceiling with lights are included as standard. You can choose to add a whole host of accessories to the acoustic rooms including, whiteboard writing surfaces, air management, data and power points, printed manifestations on the glass surfaces and more. How Are The Assembled?

The circular meeting pods and s-shaped partition walls can be assembled and configured by you without the need for external install teams or contractors.

Sold as kits with a number of curved partitions that simply need to be linked together to form the meeting pod or s-shaped wall. Linking strips and bases included for simple, quick and easy construction of your meeting pod.

Our bespoke acoustic pod rooms need to be installed by our expert assembly team who will assemble your meeting pod in around 4 hours. Professional installation is needed to ensure correct installation in order to uphold the warranty.

Do I Need The Stabilising Feet For The Round Work Pods?

Our round meeting pods are made up of kits of premium curved acoustic screens, which are framed in a high-quality, durable aluminium frame.

Individual curved acoustic screens have two stabilising base feet in aluminium. Screens sold as part of an acoustic meeting pod kit come with one stabilising base foot each but once the screens are assembled into a pod, the shape of the design means the pod will remain stable without the use of feet.
