Office Meeting Pod with Glazed Partitions
Installing a semi-permanent meeting ‘pod’ in your workplace can be a great alternative to the cost and hassle of erecting a permanent private structure.
This 2m x 1.5m light and airy glass office booth composed of 2 glass walls and 2 acoustic fabric walls is the perfect ‘temporary’ booth for holding one-to-one meetings, feedback sessions, pair work and independent studying. It will comfortably fit a table and two chairs, making it perfect for any modern, open-plan office.
Designed also to help reduce distractions, this acoustic ‘pod’ offers noise reduction properties up to 29db to improve workplace productivity.
Taking into account the necessity during the COVID-19 pandemic for well-ventilated work spaces, an optional air circulation unit is available to buy with this meeting room. We recommend adding this unit to keep the air within the quiet space fresh and clean.
You can also choose to add on a power and data post which will connect your office pod to the mains power supply in your office. The post fits between two panels and allows you to connect your computer or TV to a plug socket and your local network.
Materials:
The glass panels are 4mm-thick clear safety glass which contains up to five times less iron than standard float glass. This ensures a crystal-clear appearance that is of a premium finish.
The rear acoustic panel is covered in high-quality flame-retardant Camria Blazer Fabric Certified to EN13501-1 Class B s1 d0, available in a choice of 12 vibrant colours (with others available on request). This panel has a pinboard function so you can use it as a large noticeboard during meetings.
The roof is made from fabric-covered MDF which adds to the soundproofing qualities.
Our meeting booths are fully customisable. You can mix and match individual panels and choose from either glass, fabric or even drywipe backing. We also offer half and half panels.
