Acoustic Wall Panelling
If your working environment is busy and noisy, such as a sales department or call centre, then reflecting sound can bounce around the room distracting everyone and reducing productivity. This phenomenon is particularly pronounced in larger, open-plan offices without carpeting, fabric screen partitions or other soft furnishings. Studies have shown that acoustic wall panels can reduce reverberation time (the length of time required for sound to decay 60 decibels from its initial level) by up to 70%.
Acoustic wall panels have been designed specifically to absorb sound reverberation in loud offices or large, open-plan spaces; they can significantly mute and reduce the amount of noise in a room. These wall baffles are flat panels suitable for fixing on walls and ceilings. They are made of board, covered with an 18mm layer of insulating foam and finished with a choice of fabric colours. They can be attached to the wall using either double keyhole hangers or 3M Command™️ Strips. The 3M Command™️ Strips provide more flexibility should you wish to change the layout or configuration over time without damaging the wall.
The COUNTACH™ panel is named after the iconic rear spoiler on the Lamborghini Countach. It is chevron-shaped for a modern, geometric look.
Each panel is 600mm wide, and 300mm high (the full coverage from base to top is 400mm) and can be slotted into formation with others from the range to form a cool, interlinked contemporary design. You can keep the same hue or mix and match colours for a personalised look.
